Ali Erskine is a Principal at Harwood Andrews.
Ali has more than 15 years post qualification experience. Ali joined Harwood Andrews with significant experience in all areas of commercial dispute resolution and regularly advises business clients to resolve disputes and manage risk. Ali is a specialist in relation to terminal and non-terminal insolvency, securities, and security enforcement. Ali also has significant experience relating to shareholder oppression claims and disputes arising in the context of trading trusts.
Ali provides technical and strategic advice to clients including businesses, company officers, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors and government organisations.

In 2012 Ali completed the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) insolvency education program (IEP).
Ali is also a member of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria (WIRV), Victorian Women Lawyers (VWL) and the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).
Ali is a council member of Marcus Oldham College.
Ali is a former director of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce.
