We foster a culture where effort is appreciated and recognised. Our STAR Awards allow peer to peer recognition where anyone can nominate a colleague for a STAR Award if they spot them doing something extraordinary. These awards are announced each month and the story of what the person did is told on our Intranet. The person is also recognised with a gift voucher.

The Guidelines are intended to support lawyers, law firms and others working within the profession to raise awareness of mental health issues, and to assist in the creation and maintenance of psychologically healthy and supportive workplaces.
