CLERKSHIP

Our seasonal clerkship program will provide you with the opportunity to taste life at Harwood Andrews and experience the inner workings at our firm.  It is a great opportunity to gain a valuable insight into the firm’s culture and to work closely with our team of lawyers across a range of practice areas.  Our aim is to offer you a well-rounded learning experience.  We offer clerkships in July and December of each year.

The three week program will provide you with a snapshot of the type of work we do here and the clients we work with.

At the commencement of your seasonal clerkship you will be introduced to your buddy, who will be one of our Graduates or a junior lawyer.  Your buddy will provide guidance and support to you to ensure that your clerkship with our firm is both rewarding as well as a positive learning experience.

WHEN TO APPLY:

We accept applications from third, fourth, and final year students. Students who have already completed their law degrees are also welcome to apply. 

KEY DATES:

Applications for the 2025/26 seasonal clerkship program will open Monday 7th July 2025 and close Sunday 10th August 2025. 

Offers will be made on Thursday 16th October 2025.
