Discretionary Trust deeds are charged at a cost of $550 inclusive of GST.
If you would like Harwood Andrews to stamp your trust deed there is an additional $200 stamping fee payable to the state revenue office.
This package includes: Trust Deed, Minutes/Resolution of Trustee, and letter in relation to establishment of trust.
