An Employer’s guide to navigating Paid Domestic and Family Violence Leave: When Employment Law and Family Law Intersect

From 1 August 2023 all employees (including casuals) will be entitled to 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave in a 12 month period regardless of the business size. In this webinar we discuss how employers can best respond when an employee discloses that they are experiencing family and domestic violence.
