This session focuses on recent cases related to discrimination and sexual harassment and whether or not an employer can be vicariously liable for the actions of their employees.
Coupled with interesting recent case law and practical discussion, this session will provide attendees useful information to ensure the workplace has adequate systems, processes to mitigate the risk of vicarious liability in relation to discrimination and harassment and to protect and adequately inform employees. HR Managers, people managers and business owners will benefit from the session.

Along with the presentation, there will be opportunity for networking and interactive discussion.
