Harwood Andrews announces Principal Appointments

Harwood Andrews is delighted to announce that Paul Gray and Kate Morris have been promoted to Principal in their Geelong and Melbourne offices respectively.

Paul joined the firm in late 2017, bringing a commercial approach to the firm from a broad set of experiences as a business owner, private legal advisor and in-house counsel. He is a valued member of the Business Law team whose key areas of practice include commercial contracts and advice, business and share capital structuring, technology and data protection, and consumer law.

Kate Morris is a key member of the Planning & Environment team based in our Melbourne office. Kate joined the firm in 2017 and acts for both government and private clients in metropolitan and regional Victoria. In May 2019 she was named in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Town Planning and Development Lawyer in Victoria.

Harwood Andrews CEO Andrew Barnes said, “The appointment of Paul and Kate to the position of Principal is incredibly satisfying for our firm, having both brought unique perspectives, drive and competitive focus to their areas of the practice and the business overall”.

Along with the Principal appointments, Harwood Andrews is also pleased to announce that Ali Erskine and Ben Broadhead from the Disputes and Litigation team, and Daniela Pavlovic from the Wills & Estates team have all been promoted to the position of Principal Lawyer.
